Milton Hanks & Associates (MH&A) provides its clients with an Optical Tooling and Alignment Service for problem identification and solution. Some of our specialties include: 1) Alignment of rotating machinery (mixers, turbines, etc.) 2) Alignment and placement of compressors (as builts) 3) Extruders Service: barrel to gear box alignment, screw measurement (diameter), screw straightness, barrel inside diameter, and barrel profile 3) Optical Survey of precision templates, baseplates, and skids for accuracy of dimensions Versatile: MH&A has developed extensive tooling in our precision machine shop for use in most types of alignments. Response: MH&A can usually leave the office in two hours or less to do a project. All equipment is packed for travel by air or auto.
